Outbound

Outbound, done for you. Replies land in your inbox.

We build the list, research each person, write the email one at a time, and send it under your name from inboxes we warm and watch. You answer the replies.

What you get

What's in it

This page exists because an email like the ones we send brought you here.

  • The list

Built to your buyer, checked before it's used

Company, role, and the reason they're on it. Addresses verified so the bounce rate stays where the inbox providers like it.

  • The research

    One real fact per person

Something true about them or their company that a colleague would mention. Found by us, checked by us, and it's the first line of the email.

  • The writing

    Short, plain, one ask

Three or four sentences that read like a person typed them. No links in the first email, no brochure, one question at the end.

  • The sending

    Warmed inboxes, watched daily

Separate sending domains so your main one never carries the risk. Warmed for weeks before the first send, paced, and stopped the moment someone replies.

  • The inbox

    Replies routed to you, sorted

Interested, not now, wrong person, out of office. You answer the first pile; we handle the rest and the follow-ups.

  • The number

    Replies and meetings, weekly

Sent, replied, positive, booked, per segment and per pitch. When one angle out-replies another, we move the volume to it.

How it works

Week one, then the work, then the number

  1. Week 1 · Setup

    One week

Who we're writing to, and from where

We agree the buyer, build the first list, buy and warm the sending domains, and draft the first emails for your sign-off.

    • Buyer profile and first segment
    • Sending domains bought and warming
    • First sequence, approved by you
  2. Weeks 2+ · Send

    Ongoing

    Send, read, adjust

Emails go out under your name at a pace the inboxes tolerate. Every week we read what replied and what didn't, and change the pitch or the list accordingly.

    • Daily sending, paced
    • Replies sorted into your inbox
    • A weekly read of what's landing
  3. Monthly · Tune

    Ongoing

    Next segment, next angle

The monthly call is short: what worked, what we're cutting, which segment is next.

Getting started

A plan before a price

No rate card. The engagement is scoped on the intro call to your goals and the return it should pay for, and it goes in writing before the work starts.

  • 01

    The intro call

Twenty minutes on your buyer, your offer, and what a booked meeting is worth to you. If cold email isn't the right lever for you, we say so there.

  • 02

    The proposal, in writing

The segment, the volume, and a monthly scoped to your goals and the return the replies should pay for — not read off a rate card. You sign off first.

  • 03

    Week one starts

Buyer agreed, list built, domains bought and warming, first emails drafted for your sign-off. Sending starts when the inboxes are ready.

Your main domain never sends. Separate sending domains, warmed for weeks first, verified addresses, and every sequence stops the moment someone replies.

“Won't this burn our domain?” It can't. Your main domain never sends. Separate domains, warmed for weeks, low volume per inbox, and every sequence stops on reply.

Questions

What people ask first

What does it cost?

There's no rate card. The monthly is scoped on the intro call to your segment, the volume it takes, and what a reply is worth to you, and it goes in writing before anything sends. Three months to start, month to month after, sending costs passed through at cost.

Will this hurt our domain?

No. Your main domain never sends. We buy separate sending domains, warm them for weeks, keep volume per inbox low, verify every address, and stop on reply. That's the whole point of doing it this way.

How many emails a month?

Fewer than you'd think and more than you'd send yourself. Enough to learn what works in the first month; volume goes up once a pitch is proven.

Who writes them?

We draft, you sign off. The first email in every sequence is written one lead at a time around the fact we found; follow-ups are short and stop the moment someone replies.

What do you need from us?

An hour to describe your buyer, sign-off on the first emails, and someone who'll answer replies within a day. Warm replies go cold fast.

What's a good reply rate?

Depends on the segment. We'll tell you the honest number in week two rather than a marketing one now, and the weekly report shows it per pitch so you can see it move.
